1. Ready Stock

Ready-stock products may be collected or delivered after order confirmation and payment arrangements are completed.

2. Available on Order

On-order products are sourced after full payment is received. Aspire will provide an expected delivery or collection timeframe; “next working day” is a normal sourcing expectation, not an unconditional guarantee.

3. Delays

Manufacturer, distributor, carrier, weather and other external delays may affect estimated dates.

4. Inspection

Customers should inspect delivered or collected products and report visible transit or packaging issues promptly.
