Refund & Cancellation Policy — Aspire

1. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible. Ready-stock orders and sourced orders may have different cancellation implications depending on whether the product has already been dispatched, procured or customized.

2. Full Payment for On-Order Items

Products that need to be sourced must be paid in full before sourcing begins. If Aspire cannot source the confirmed product, Aspire will discuss the applicable refund or alternative arrangement with the customer.

3. Custom Builds

Custom PC configurations may contain specially sourced components. Cancellation or refund treatment can depend on whether components have already been procured or assembled.

4. Price Changes

Expired quotations are not price guarantees. The 3-day quotation validity rule applies.
